I worked with John at Hayward Glass recently and was very impressed. Not only was he very responsive to my inquiries and messages, but he was able to provide the best price that I could find. Although we had some scheduling issues the day of the installation, they were due to the delays with the glass fabricator, not with John. John worked overtime to make sure that our glass was installed on the day that he promised, and did a great job. I definitely recommend John and his team.
I want to thank John and his crew for answering all my questions through email and doing an awesome job! Also, thanks for tips on how to reinstall the window. Being a new resident in east bay and trying to locate a window repair service is insane. Luckily I've been in the trades for several years and know when another tradesman is trying to gouge me on prices. I did save quite a bit by bringing the window frame to John. I was in and out within ten minutes and John offered advice for future window installation that I'm interested in. It's extremely difficult to find honest tradesmen and ones who do quality work! Thanks again for making the transition go smoothly!!!
John, Dave and the team were great to work with. They were one of the only companies to even try to fix our complicated broken window. They came out twice to resolve the issue and we are very appreciative. Rates were very reasonable too.
Really love the customer service of this place and the quality of the work they do. We needed a custom shower glass installed and David came out and came up with a much better design than some of the other places that we talked to and at a reasonable price. I didn't really know exactly what i wanted so he educated me on options - from the handles to the clamps that hold the glass to get the desired aesthetic we wanted. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he has a ton of experience. When a hiccup came up with issues with the glass, John the owner was quick to expedite getting the glass remade and installed in a timely manner. Overall the quality was great and customer service to go along with it.
